The honest version of how your order gets to you — and what to do if it needs to come back.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. (World domination is on the roadmap, but every voyage starts in home waters. 🏴‍☠️)

How long it takes

Our apparel is printed to order — each piece is made just for you, rather than pulled off a warehouse shelf. It’s how we keep things small, intentional and waste-free.

That means two stages:

Printing: 5–10 working days — your order is being made

Delivery: 2–3 working days — Royal Mail Tracked 48 brings it to your door

So from order to doorstep, allow roughly 1–2 weeks. We know that’s slower than the giant warehouses — it’s the trade for something made properly, by a small independent crew.

Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout by the weight of your order:

Small order (around 1 item) — £2.99
Medium order (around 2–6 items) — £3.99
Larger haul (7+ items) — £5.99

Every parcel is tracked, whatever the size.

Tracking your order

The moment your order ships, you’ll get an email with a live Royal Mail tracking link. You can also follow the voyage any time in your Logbook — log in, open the order, and the tracking is right there.
Returns and cancellations

Changed your mind? No hard feelings. Under UK law you have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back.

How to start a return:

1. Email info@concretepirates.com with your order number
2. We’ll reply with the return address and confirm the details
3. Post the items back — unworn, unwashed, in original condition
4. We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving them, to your original payment method

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing — in which case it’s entirely on us.

Faulty or wrong items

If anything arrives damaged, misprinted or just plain wrong, email us straight away at info@concretepirates.com — ideally with a photo. We’ll sort a replacement or full refund (including your postage) without fuss. Your statutory rights are always protected.

Baked goods

Our gluten-free bakes are sold fresh at markets and pop-up events — they don’t ship (a cherry bakewell deserves better than a postbag). Follow our socials to find out where the stall is next.
