Welcome aboard. These terms explain how things work when you use this website and buy from us. We’ve kept them in plain English wherever the law allows.

When we say “we”, “us” or “the crew”, we mean Concrete Pirates LTD. When we say “you”, we mean you — the lovely person reading this.
About our products
We sell apparel and merchandise through this website, and gluten-free baked goods at markets and pop-up events.
Our apparel is printed to order by our UK fulfilment partner — each item is made when you order it, rather than sitting in a warehouse. Product images are as accurate as we can make them, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
While our bakery specialises in gluten-free goods, please always check individual product information regarding allergens, and contact us if you have any questions before ordering or purchasing.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. This is when a contract between us is formed.
Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card details. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example, if a product was listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we do, we’ll tell you and refund you in full promptly.
Delivery
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only, using Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Because our apparel is printed to order, please allow 5–10 working days for printing before your order is dispatched. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.
To cancel, email us at info@concretepirates.com with your order number. Returned items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You’re responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty.
We’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using your original payment method.
Faulty or incorrect items: if something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, contact us straight away — we’ll put it right with a replacement or full refund (including postage), as is your right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your account
If you create an account, please keep your login details safe and let us know if you suspect anyone else is using them. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
Our content
All content on this site — including our name, logo, designs, artwork, photography and words — belongs to Concrete Pirates LTD or our licensors. Please don’t copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for anything that can’t legally be limited (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Beyond that, we’re not liable for losses that weren’t foreseeable when you ordered, or that weren’t caused by us. We provide this website with reasonable care but can’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England & Wales.
